Takara Sushi in Logan

I love this place to no end. The sushi chefs are always down to talk to me about their craft. Servers have never let me down and the food touches my soul. I can't speak highly enough. Only problem I've ever had is they are not open on Sunday! I'd be there every single Sunday if I could lol. Keep up the good work.

I usually love this place. But this time. Our server was not nice. Never really checked on us. And slammed our food down on the table like it was nothing. So I don't think I will come back for a little while.

All food here is delicious but my husband and I love the Geisha and French Kiss rolls most. Service is great and staff fantastic. The price is awesome as well. You won’t regret paying Takara a visit!

We were there with a big group on New Year's. The staff was happy and doing well too handle the craziness. We really had an enjoyable time and the sushi was great.

Surprisingly high quality sushi — especially for being so far from the sea. Each roll was well made and the ingredients were noticeably fresh. It’s well worth your visit!

Best sushi in Logan imo. We always order off the half-price list and have never been disappointed. The fried rolls are all good, but we also love the Aggie roll and Spicy Crunch roll.Recently tried their ramen for the first time as well, it was awesome.Highly recommended if you've never tried sushi but are interested in trying it.

This place is amazing!!! The staff was very friendly, I loved their Golden California roll, popcorn lobster roll, and their thick noodles (Udon) was excellent. I am very eager to go back soon!

Very good Sushi regardless of city size. I haven't met any Sushi lovers that don't like this place.

Amazing sushi in Logan Utah. My wife and I loved every roll we ordered. Price was on point! Big portions, great taste. Make sure to order the monkey ball appetizer. It will not disappoint!

I honestly really enjoyed the food here it was great. A 4/5 for me on the food. The customer service was terrible, and therefore I gave a 2. We're all stressed in this time and I just wanted to get some takeout sushi from a new place. I was a bit confused by the menu and didn't understand which sushi was half priced. I was then treated like an idiot by the guy running the counter. If I want to see an adult act like a snarky teenager over a simple mistake I'll be going back!

Excellent place to have a nice sit down Japanese meal. The sushi is amazing, extremely fresh ingredients that look and taste incredible. I'm never disappointed when I go there, and our entire party is blown away by how good the food is.If I'm entertaining out of town friends, I bring them here. They have a selection of 20+ sushi rolls, as well as delicious appetizers, bento boxes, noodles, and entrees. They have a list of half price sushi and appetizers that are full size, and if you're just eating sushi you can usually get 4 for under $25. I will be a patron of this place as long as it's here.Oishii!

For Logan UT this place makes great sushi... prices are great. If you're feeling froggy and want to splurge on a specialty roll (not on the everyday half price menu) get yourself the lobster roll. Game changer! All the fried rolls have a similar taste and texture. I'd recommend you get the ten ten if you want a fried one, and spend the rest of your money on raw/fresh. We usually leave happy and satisfied. Occasionally though we branch out from our normal rotation of rolls and find ourselves disappointed we didn't stick to what we know is good.

The sushi was ok but small rolls. Ordered a second of the same roll and it had 2 more pieces than the first. Not sure why. Fast service. Clean restaurant.

Takara’s sushi is by far the best I have had. I am never disappointed when I go there. The service is great, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food is excellent! I would recommend this place to anybody.

Surprising find in Logan, UT! Ran by actual Japanese sushi artists -- no imitations! Try the Utah roll and Red Rock. They also have perfect hamachi nigiri. Place was rocking at 530. Plan some time, but once in they are quick. Very good.

Takara sushi is absolutely delicious. No matter what you pick, you can’t go wrong. The prices are also awesome, it isn’t over priced. It’s also doesn’t take too long to get your food and the servers are very accommodating. Highly recommend!

For some reason some of the best sushi in Utah is located in Logan. Takara is one of these places amazing sushi and even better at amazing prices. The fish is fresh and there are a TON of options to choose from. I have not had a bad roll yet. My personal favorite is the popcorn lobster

Delicious as usual. First time dining in during the pandemic, all employees wear masks and certain tables are closed for social distance, but the quality of the food remains excellent!

I love the food! It comes at a great price and you get a substantial amount. My one complaint is 1 dollar for a small cup of sauce, a bottle of sirxha sause is maybe at most 5 dollars and at that rate they are probably making around 100 dollars for buying siracha, they do give you soy sauce but sauces should be free maybe in desperate times 25 cents. But none the less I would go here again and again some of the best sushi I've had, really great for a sushi place in Logan Utah!

We went during a rush and they were still able to seat myself, husband and two young boys quickly. Food was great and brought out quickly. Our soup was steaming when they brought it out. Seemed a little pricey for soup and for the portion they give you. But I would go back again, very delicious food!

I love that their rolls are half off. I can’t remember for the life of me which one was our favorite, but it was deep fried and had siracha on it. DELICIOUS! I was also impressed with how quickly we got our sushi. All freshly made and delicious.

Such wow! Crazy boy & French kiss rolls were bomb. Tamago & Cajun tuna nigiri, delicious and unique. Would recommend.

Best sushi you can get in northern Utah. I love that the prices are good so you can get a couple of different rolls to try. I go for the half price sushi. Their house salad dressing is amazing too.

Best sushi in Cache Valley, hands-down. If you stick to the half-off menu, and only get one or two rolls, it's about the same price as any other sushi here, too. If you spring for some appetizers, try the cucumber salad! It's savory and refreshing, beautiful when paired with a spicy roll. The popcorn lobster roll is one of my favorites, and it's cheap! If you're feeling a little frivolous, I'd recommend trying the sushi candy roll. It's a soft texture, but it's packed with flavor, and it's so good! Don't leave without trying the monkey balls, too. They're only a few dollars and they're wonderful.

Great sushi and prices. This is my favorite sushi bar in the valley, you won't find much better this far away from the ocean. Thanks to this place my wife actually likes sushi now. The menu is extensive and there are always new specials rolls. The half price makes the value incredible, you can get as much as you want and it won't break the bank. The fish is of high quality, not the best I've ever had but for the price it's very good. Restaurant is nicely decorated, well kept, and clean and cool every time I go. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Sushi was awesome! Rolls came super fast even though the place was packed. The deep fried rolls tasted off, not sure if the needed to change the oil. The breading wasn't as good as other places.

The best sushi in Cache Valley. The service is always great and the sushi never disappoints. My favorite role is the dragon roll. If you’re really looking for a hearty roll go with the protein roll. The restaurant is not very big so be aware that if you come at peak hours you may have to wait for a little while depending on how many people are with you.My wife does not like sushi so when we go, she gets one of the noodle bowl options.

Has great service! Get food fairly quickly. Ramen and sushi are good. Sushi is pretty good and it tastes fresh. They always have a half off menu for some of the sushi rolls so prices are good.

Not sure of the names of these but they tasted great. Recommend to anyone looking for a first time try with sushi or the more experienced crowd as well. Great staff.

If you are looking for a fantastic sushi place look no further, and if your new to sushi this is it. It has reasonable prices on most rolls. They also have ramen bowls, teriyaki chicken for the non sushi fans, they have beer's if that's your thing.

Had a great meal today at Takara Sushi. They have loads of options and variety of rolls. They offer deep fried, cooked as well as raw. The staff was efficient and helpful. It was busy but they got our group served quickly.

Everything we tried was delicious. Service was fast and so friendly! My favorite was the Crazy Boy roll, so good. The half price menu is huge and makes for a very affordable meal.

Excellent pricing and great servers and a very colorful comfortable atmosphere. We are very much regular repeat customers. You should definitely give it a try. And for first timers the presentation will help you get past the unassuredness and will help you realize that it is a lovely food to try and learn to enjoy. Very very tasty. And don't be afraid to ask questions and they will offer great help on making selections for newcomers. ENJOY & DON'T BE AFRAID !!!

Sushi is a pretty popular dish here in Northern Utah, which seems a little odd at first. Then you realize we have some of the largest fish farms in the US within our great state's borders. The fish here is fresh and of the tastiest variety, and the chefs here really know how to craft a fine roll. Competitively priced as well. My favorites are the French Kiss Roll and the Crazy Boy Roll. Seriously, best value sushi in Cache Valley.

I went with a large group of people (around 9) to takara. And they were not expecting that many people at once on a Monday night, but the manager stepped in and made sure we received service! And great service at that!! It was phenomenal and the food was delicious! I used to serve food myself and our server could have definitely used an attitude check, cause I would have definitely tipped him a lot more if he were nicer but that was that. I WILL be back. Takara is my favorite!!

Along with their incredible sushi, the staff is extremely friendly. The sushi has a very high fish-to-rice ratio and the staff will even change the recipe if you let them know what you like. We asked for spicy rolls and they added extra Sriracha along with some Sriracha dip. They even talked to us about the different types of peppers they use.This is a fantastic restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes sushi.
